I’m Catherine
Sometime known as “Cathie” or “Cathy” and I’m a bit of a spiritual rebel. I like to combine some practical, real life stuff with more spiritual practices such as manifestation, mindfulness and a whole lotta magical energy! I started my career as a Graduate Gemologist (GIA) and was drawn to the energy of the gemstones and crystals, and my passion and curiosity led me to become a Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Transformational Life Coach.
I’ve helped thousands of people to walk with Power, Peace and Purpose…so they can manifest their dream lives!

And you know what? I Walk my Talk! Leaving an unhealthy marriage set me off on my journey to living more fully from my heart. So, I just developed many classes, courses, workshops and teachings to help you along your journey.
Based on practical, grounded tools- combined with ancient spiritual practices my work will help you to release negative self talk, reconnect to your authentic self, and set you on the path to inner peace.
