The reason that I love the quote above,

is that I know we (humanity) are under a dramatic shift.

And while things in the outside world look

intense;

I'm choosing to fix my attention on the inside.

You see, the more I can be in the place

of love, and peace for myself;

the more I can transmit the light

to the outer world.

We stand in a Moment in Time;

a place like no other.

And, in this place, the best thing for each of us

is to stand in our own power.

These are the days where we stand in our

own truth.

It is up to each one of us to transcend the

outside noise and clamor;

and return to our inner place of peace.

As we close out this month of September;

I ask you to remember this

Moment in Time.

Find your community of like-minded souls

and sing and dance by the river so the waters

can hum with your joy and happiness.
