Feeling stuck?

 

You know the feeling.

 

That feeling of not knowing what to do next,

where to turn, overwhelmed, inert,

shut down.

 

I completely understand, and know that you're not alone!

 

Try this:

 

✔Get really quiet now.

 

✔Connect with your energy.

 

✔Slow down your breath.

 

✔Send peace to your heart.

 

 

Quietly ask yourself, "what one thing can I do right now?"

 

 

 Always remember that "stuck" is simply a

pause while you reconnect with your higher self.

It's a pause in the continuous motion of our lives.

 

And, the more we focus on the feeling of "stuck;"

the harder it becomes to break out of it.

 

 

Feeling stuck is the chance to redirect our energy

and focus toward what we desire.

 

Use the pause wisely;

to use gentleness and compassion toward yourself.

 

Try it, I promise it will help.
