Happy Spring, Happy end of March!

I don't know about you,

but lately I've been feeling a bit reflective lately.

Even though (as I said last week), I have

an extremely challenging family situation going on,

my kitchen sink/dishwasher backed up and we had to spend hours to get it fixed.

(very inconvenient to have dirty dishes piled high for a few days)

And, although the plumbing issues were remedied,

the family issue isn't so easily fixed.

In fact, it's brought up many things for me

to face, heal and release.

And, that's the way the Universe works.

Gives us lessons, challenges, tests, and

some other really gruesome tasks.

But, life is like that.

It's messy, ugly, beautiful and tragic (sometimes all in the same day)

I fully believe that this time is triggering for so many,

and it's up to us to stand in our own

sovereignty.

~trust your gut

~honor your intuition

~practice presence

~limit time with toxic people

~observe your reactions

~sit with what triggers you and find the deeper issue

Remember,

Our triggers are out teachers!

Like other challenges, we face them head on-

and we manage to get through them.

Because we are resilient!

I mean that in the most positive way.

I know many of you have been faced with challenges in this lifetime and somehow, you've made it through.

You've always been able to tap into that deep

reservoir of divinity

We are here at this very sacred time for humanity!!
