How to Master the Art of Living
Jul 19, 2026
“The master in the art of living
makes little distinction
between
his/her work and his play, his labor and his leisure,
his mind and his body, his information and his recreation,
his love and his religion.
S/He hardly knows which is which.
He simply pursues his vision of excellence, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing.
See, to him, he is always doing both.
And should that be the quest,
to blur the lines between our work
and our play and find joy
in every pursuit that we have everyday.
ENJOY and LOVE YOUR CHASE."
Chinese proverb
🌞🌞🌞🌞
In other words, "make your life your art"
or
"make your work your play"
The way I interpret it is really
connect with the joy of living.
And of course, I don't mean to pretend
that everything is fine when it's not-
I mean to reconnect with your life!
I know a man who
truly does
lives by the above quote.
And it isn't pretend or a "front",
people that come into contact with him
are immediately uplifted by him.
His energy and his frequency are pure
and he's fun to be around.
Even when he was going in for a pretty
major surgery,
his attitude helped buoy his
recovery-
and it's genuine and authentic.
I strive to be this connected
and
would love to Master the Art of Living.
How about you?
💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
I can't give you inner peace,
but I CAN help you discover it within yourself!
Wishing you an amazing week, filled with love, peace and joy.
love, cathie
