and I'm grateful to be on this journey with you.

I know these are challenging times;

and doing you are doing your best to navigate the energy.

(and even if you're not struggling,

I'll bet you know someone who IS)

I'm sending extra love and hugs and I

hope you can receive with the spirit in which it is given.

2026 is going to be a year filled with

profound change

So many things are happening and it's important

to stay grounded and centered.

Change can ultimately be a good thing;

but how we navigate is the most important thing.

and my business.

1) I'm running a 20% off SALE on Etsy;

2) I've discontinued "Gratitude Rocks"- for

over 20+ years, they've been a part of every class I've taught and have been a free-bie with every order.

They have now become prohibitively expensive now;

so I had to let them go.

3) I've streamlined my Reiki practice and am now out of Glowenskin Asthetics in Sea Cliff only.

(Zoom and house calls in special circumstances)

4) I've streamlined my Life Coaching practice and now have space for 3 clients only per month-

I want to give my time and attention

to clients who are committed to tranformation!

I've refined my packages and offer 6 or 12 week;

longer and custom packages still available.

5) Monthly in-person meditation will continue

in Sea Cliff

more uncovering of things that are no longer

in alignment with the future of humanity.
