Welcome to November 2026!

Whew!

Does it feel like you've been through the wringer

lately?

Or know someone who has?

The energies are very intense lately

and it's hard to miss

the great changes at hand.

With 6 planets retrograde,

the time change,

the thinning of the veil,

loads of light entering the planet,

it's no wonder we're feeling

like the energy is hitting us full tilt!

But, I'm going to give you some good news.

(we can all use some of that, eh?)

Things will begin to lighten up;

as we move through the next month.

I want to remind you take a moment

and check in with your true nature.

Sit in your own energy

and connect with the higher self.

It's not that hard to do,

we just have to make time.

our super power.

When it comes down to it,

LOVE is your superpower.

"how can I serve?"

and then I watch what plays out in my life...

(and really own it)

2) Self-Compassion: ✔Be kind to yourself

3) Self-Respect: ✔Let go of negativity, old patterns, habits

4) Self-Trust: ✔Flex your intuitive muscle

5) Self-Care:✔ Listen to the body

Keep returning to your Superpower (LOVE)

  and watch how it changes everything.
