Recalibrate Your Energy- Here's How:

I wanted to talk about energy this week.
How are you doing with all the chaos out in the world?
My recent conversations with clients
and others- lead me to see that we are in the midst
of a recalibration of sorts.
My theory is that we are being bombarded with
so much noise that it's hard to settle our nervous
system-
Yet, we are beginning to retrain ourselves to come back to our core when we can.
You see, we are not wired to withstand the constant barrage;
so we we are learning out to rely on our inner world
even more.
It's important to remember that we are ALL
wired to be
Peace, Love and JOY
and all else is contrary to that nature.
That's why we can feel so anxious, ill-at-ease,
or just have this underlying numbness.
Looking to recalibrate Your energy?
Here is a technique that I love to share to help people to feel more
AWAKE, AWARE and ALIVE.
STEP ONE-
AWAKE- When you get out of bed each morning, take 3 FULL and DEEP breaths to welcome in the day. Feel as the energy of Gratitude fills your soul. Then ask the question to the Universe- “What is the Purpose of this day?”
STEP TWO-
AWARE- Bring your full attention into the present moment. Notice how you feel (observe without judging), and relax into your being. When you are in conversation with someone, keep your attention on them- look them in the eyes. Notice when you are rushing around from one activity to the next and remember to focus on the NOW moment.
STEP THREE-
ALIVE- Get up and dance, or take a brisk walk, take a salsa class. Thank the Universe for breathing life into you! Do things that break you out of your comfort zone~ and do these daily. It’s time to change into your to your shiny new mindset, let go of those old belief systems and rattle your cage a bit.
Remember to Love who you are, and to LOVE who you are!
